He — Sébastien Miraux

Head chef with thirty years of experience and a Michelin star earned in France in 2004. He cooked in French 2- and 3-Michelin-starred restaurants, including Taillevent, Rostang, Chabichou, and La Maison de Bricourt.

He led gastronomy as executive chef in luxury hotels on nearly all continents, managing teams of even over 100 chefs. Official member of the prestigious association Les Cuisiniers de France (1840).

She — Monika Miraux

An entrepreneurial mother and polyglot. In love with life, good taste, and the beauty around her. She cannot sit still – constantly on the move, with a head full of ideas. It is from this energy that Bistrot Miraux was born.

Their shared story began on the paradise island of Mauritius and continued across almost all of Africa. Today, they have put down roots in Toruń — creating a place where cooking becomes art.
